UI/UX Analyst
The UI/UX Analyst plays a key role in creating seamless, accessible, and visually compelling digital experiences that align with Jeel’s strategic objectives. Working closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, the role translates user needs and business goals into functional, user-centred designs. The position supports all phases of the design lifecycle — from research and user journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and design system maintenance — ensuring intuitive interfaces and consistent brand experiences. This role directly contributes to enhancing customer engagement, optimising usability, and promoting innovation in digital product design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures in accordance with Jeel standards.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with established design, accessibility, and brand governance requirements.
- Maintain adherence to documentation and reporting protocols for all design activities.
- Execute assigned design tasks in line with project timelines, scope, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to ensure smooth design handovers.
- Monitor design outputs for accuracy, usability, and brand alignment before delivery to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support effective, human-centred design solutions.
- Conduct and support user research activities, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to gather actionable insights.
- Develop user personas, journeys, and scenarios to inform and validate design decisions.
- Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in alignment with technical and brand guidelines.
- Assist in building and evolving the design system, contributing reusable components and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay abreast of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Identify and recommend improvements to design processes and standards to enhance productivity and output quality.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on design activities, usability testing outcomes, and research findings in accordance with departmental standards.
- Maintain documentation for design iterations, ensuring version control and easy reference for stakeholders.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental policies to maintain a healthy and sustainable work environment.
- Ensure that accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles are incorporated into deliverables.
- Perform other related duties or tasks as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the Digital Studio and Jeel.
- Provide ad-hoc support for cross-functional initiatives requiring UI/UX expertise.
Who We’re Looking For:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
Years of Experience
0–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
