المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• Ensure adherence to agile governance frameworks across squads.

• Contribute to the definition and institutionalisation of agile delivery policies, processes, and quality benchmarks.

• Oversee execution across multiple delivery squads.
• Monitor sprint health, burn rates, and alignment with release goals.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Scrum of Scrums and PI (Program Increment) planning sessions.
• Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and squad members to elevate agile maturity.
• Ensure robust definition of readiness (DoR) and definition of done (DoD) are embedded across all teams.
• Facilitate resolution of cross-squad dependencies and systemic blockers.
• Lead agile maturity assessments and action planning at squad and portfolio levels.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automation tools, and metrics-led continuous delivery improvements.
• Champion agile experimentation, retrospectives, and lean startup practices.
• Foster a high-performing, psychologically safe environment.
• Support the career development and performance of Scrum Masters and agile team members.
• Promote Saudi national development within the agile talent pool.
• Provide strategic, consolidated reporting on squad performance, financial forecasts, risks, and operational KPIs.
• Ensure all agile delivery practices align with Jeel’s health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Agile Chapter Lead or Head of Digital Factory.
